Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After-hours, weekends, & holidays available.
General Notary Pricing
• $85 travel fee within 10 miles (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
• $1 per mile after 10 miles (standard hours)
• $150 travel fee after-hours/weekends/holidays (within 10 miles)
• $1 per mile after 10 miles (after-hours/weekends/holidays)
• $10 per notarization act
Loan Signing Pricing
• Seller Package: $150
• Buyer Package: $150
• Refinance: $175
• HELOC: $150
• Reverse Mortgage: $200
• Scanbacks add: $25
• Travel outside 10 miles: $1 per mile
